hey fam, whats going down. I just got the urge to write another blog, why...? well Christ put it in my heart. I am just thinking about all the pain that i have heard of in these past couple months, from deaths in the news, and sickness, to the whole Haiti disaster, and other things, just a lot has been in my heart. I just keep thinking about the faithfulness of God. I know that its weird to say God's faithfulness after talking about disaster. I say faithfulness because He is faithful to chasten us, and persecute us, and refine us so that we may become the likeness of Christ. Not only that, but also even thought that there is a lot of disaster in this earth He is faithful to not allow us to worry, or fear. While the world runs, and stumbles, and shakes in fear, we, the people of God, stand on Christ, and we can not be shaken; or we should not be. Lately i have been coming to the realization that we are not of this world, that we are just pilgrims, and that this is not our home. Yes, there is death, to both sinner and saint, and that in Haiti, that cancer, and pain comes to both sinner and saint; yet, fellow brethren, the outcome is not the same. In Haiti the people who are saints live with a hope that they will be received in glory because God will provide the grace and peace to get through that, and thats why we pray for them, and those who are saints that died in Haiti our now with God, in glory, with no pain. For those who were not Gods people in Haiti, God being just, did it to judge them and to make those who are living in Haiti to repent and follow Him and live for Him and spread the Gospel. God has thousands of purposes in one thing, and in Haiti, He will receive glory. This is the same with all other things, God does things for 2 reasons, for His glory and His saints good. we must remember that. Fellow brethren, let us strip away all the things that hold us down, so that we may run the race with all endurance! Let us live for CHRIST this is not our HOME!!!!! this is our mission field! let us go hard for the LORD and when we are received in glory praise Him for giving us the strength to do so.
